They are only held if a there are enough members there.  April is also the election month.   Just a quick note from your Camping Director Camping maintenance fees will be considered late if not paid by 6:00 p.m. the first Sunday of the month in which the site will be used.  A $15 late fee will be assessed if not paid by then.  This is during the regular camping season (March through October).         Club Number MUST be on your camper so it can be seen from the road.  All waste line caps are to be put on or a $10 fine will be charged.  THIS IS A VIOLATION THAT CAN CAUSE THE CLUB TO LOSE ITS CAMPING LICENSE! All waste hoses are to be properly stored. Camp Director (Rick) is to be notified anytime a trailer is moved off site or out of storage and put on site. No watercraft is to be left on camp site. Fire pits are not garbage pits.  Please do not put bottles, cans and other non-burnable items in them. Thank you for your cooperation. __________________ If you leave a vehicle/boat on your camp site, you will be assessed a penalty fee of $50.00 per vehicle, per month.   Swimming Rules Swimming will only be allowed at your own risk. Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person 17 years or older at all times.  Board members will have complete authority over all people swimming, in beach area and pavilion area. No food or glass will be allowed while swimming or in beach area. Smoking will not be allowed on the beach. No pets allowed at or under pavilion on thebeach or in the water. Swimming Membership Members that have a swimming only membership will not be allowed past the pavilion. No exceptions. They must park their vehicles in the front parking lot, or outside the gate. If this rule is not followed, they will be escorted off Club property and they will forfeit all membership fees and/or dues.
